Refund and Returns Policy
Please choose your BabyNest products carefully as we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
However, if the product is faulty, or you have been sent the wrong product, please see the refund and returns procedure below.

I’ve received the wrong product…
Please send the wrong product back to BabyNest. BabyNest must receive the product for assessment before a refund can be issued.
Once the item has been received back at our warehouse and is deemed to be in re-saleable condition, a staff member will email you an on-line credit voucher which must be used within three months of issue. To redeem the credit voucher, you must enter the code at checkout.

Credit vouchers must be used in whole and cannot be split. Change cannot be given if the purchase price is lower than the credit voucher amount.

BabyNest reserves the right to provide a replacement product.

I’ve received a faulty product…
BabyNest takes pride in supplying quality products. If goods are found to be faulty as a result of manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery in writing by email to customerservice@babynest.com.au.

Please send the faulty product back to BabyNest. BabyNest must receive the product for assessment before a refund or credit voucher can be issued.

If your product needs repair which is not due to a manufacturing fault, then you are responsible for freight to and from BabyNest. Your product will be assessed upon arrival. If deemed a manufacturing fault, postage will be refunded and the product will be repaired or replaced.

BabyNest reserves the right to provide a replacement product. If no replacement can be found, then a full refund including postage paid will be offered.

What is your returns procedure?
For all online order returns, please package carefully and return the product to: BabyNest Unit 1, 2-4 Tasha Place, Kings Park, NSW 2148.
Please email customerservice@babynest.com.au and include a written reason for return and your contact details with the package. Postage and handling charges for returned products are not refundable unless a product is deemed faulty.

Shipping

How long will delivery take?
We always try to send out orders within 72 hours (3 working days), however sometimes this is out of our control.

Shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 working days once dispatched, depending on your location within Australia. Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania and Central Queensland may take longer. This excludes goods that are out of stock.

You will be contacted within a reasonable amount of time if a product is out of stock. Some out of stock items, especially furniture, can take up to 12 weeks for delivery.

How much will delivery cost?
Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location. Exact shipping and handling costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

We are delighted to offer FREE SHIPPING to all orders over $60, across Australia.

What freight company do you use?
All orders from our website will be delivered by independent couriers. We use Australia Post, Star track and CouriersPlease. Unfortunately, they cannot guarantee a date or time, due to the high volume of deliveries, nor can couriers call prior to delivery. Once items are shipped, the items are out of our control. When your order is dispatched, you will be sent an email advising that the item has been shipped. Unfortunately, we do not accept other modes of transit and cannot have items shipped through any accounts other than our own.

We cannot deliver bulky or heavy items (over 15kg) to PO Boxes.

Delivered items can be left unattended, as long as this selection is made in checkout. In some instances, couriers may deem that it is too unsafe to leave items, in which case they will leave a calling card. If you do not wish for your items to be left and you are not at home, a calling card will be left to arrange another delivery time or to advise pickup at your local centre.

Please ensure all shipping details are correct as a re-shipping fee will be charged if the item is undeliverable and subsequently returned to us. Items that are left will only be placed in an easy to access area (generally at the front door). Please ensure it is an area which is safe from damage, weather and theft as BabyNest and other affiliates will not be responsible for damage or loss of goods.

Please ensure you open your parcel and check all items are included and are undamaged. If goods are damaged in transit, you must contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 48 hours of receiving your goods. Items purchased from BabyNest are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon pick up by the courier.

BabyNest takes great care when packaging your order and rarely have our packages been damaged in transit.

Do you offer warehouse pickup?
We are an outgoing warehouse therefore we cannot accept pickups under any circumstances.

I’ve received a gift voucher … how can I use it?
Freight will be applied to all items purchased with a gift voucher under $100. Please email with any queries: customerservice@BabyNest.com.au

Gift Vouchers purchased online at BabyNest can only be redeemed online at BabyNest and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Promotional discounts / Codes cannot be used when purchasing a Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers must be used in one transaction only and cannot be split. Change will not be given should the purchase amount be less than the value of the Gift Voucher.

Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash as we cannot replace lost or stolen Gift Vouchers.

We suggest that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions that are detailed below as they form the basis of the sale agreement between you and BabyNest when you purchase goods from our website.

BabyNest updates this website regularly, however we make no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of any information or services of the website.

All information and services are provided on the basis that you undertake the responsibility for assessing your own risk.

We may, from time to time, change or add content to this website (including our Terms and Conditions) without notice. We are not liable to you or anyone else if errors occur in the information on BabyNest or if that information is not up to date. At all times we will try to ensure that the images on our website are as accurate and as close to the actual products as possible. It is essential that you use the actual written description of each product when deciding to purchase a product from BabyNest.

Any transactions on this website and all legal aspects associated with this site will fall under jurisdiction of the laws of NSW, Australia.

To the extent that BabyNest may be liable for a breach of a condition of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (other than a condition or warranty implied by section 59 of the Act), the maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the product(s) in question.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST and are subject to change without notice. The prices indicated exclude freight and handling.

BabyNest will at all times use our best efforts to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate at any point in time. The prices that are displayed on the website are only current at that particular point in time and we reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. When price changes occur, they will be automatically updated on the website.

If a price changes on the BabyNest website before you place your order, BabyNest at its discretion, reserves the right not to honour this price.

We reserve the right at any time to not honour a price match.

What is your customer service policy?

Availability of products:

All products on our website are supplied subject to availability. Despite our best intentions, sometimes the website will enable you to order a product that is out of stock. When this occurs, we will notify you within 72 hours and inform you of an approximate timeframe. We will happily organise a refund if a product cannot be supplied within a reasonable time. We cannot place orders for discontinued or clearance items.

All furniture items are on order only basis and may take up to 12 weeks to supply. Furniture will incur a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled outside of 72 hours from the time of purchase.

Use of goods:

It is essential that all products purchased from BabyNest are only used in the manner that they are intended to be used. Products purchased from us may not be modified in any way whatsoever from the condition they were supplied in. We accept no responsibility if products are modified in any manner from the condition in which they were supplied and this will void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Order cancellations:

All order cancellations must be emailed or sent in writing. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.

Fees apply to cancelled orders. General orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee. Orders over $100 will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Method of payment:

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and PayPal only. All credit card transactions are secured using 1024 Bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Encryption. No credit card information is stored by this site. All credit card information is processed by ANZ and therefore complies with their strict privacy and security policies.

All credit card transactions will be charged a bank surcharge.
